Running club:

The St. Anthony Running Club is a running club at the school that practices once a week until the end of May. Taking the month of December off and resuming practices the beginning of January.  The team travels to compete in races.  You can choose to travel with the team or just come out to practices, learn and enjoy the sport of running. It is a way to increase your fitness level, challenge yourself and your friends and have fun.

Running is a sport you can continue for the rest of your life. It is a great fitness base for any sport, and all you need is a pair of shoes. There is nothing like the reward of a great run. You feel great and you gain self confidence. So don’t worry if you cannot travel with the team, come out and enjoy the outdoors.
